- Deliveries are processed Monday to Friday during working hours and exclude Saturdays, Sundays and South African Public Holidays.
- Products will be delivered within 1-7 work working days.
- Made-to-order (custom-made orders) products will be delivered within 10-14 working days.
- We cannot deliver to a postal address (PO box or Private Bag); only valid physical addresses. Please make sure that you can locate your address on Google Maps.
- Once you have made payment and your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- Local Standard Free shipping .
- Rural area deliveries will incur additional delivery fees.
- International shipping will incur additional delivery fees.
Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
In order to return an order, you must email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us and indicate your reason for returning or exchanging the item. Only return the item once we have confirmed via email that we have recieved your email request.
Returns can be mailed to: Heart’s Delight Shop 15 Krugersdorp Shopping Centre, 77 Shannon Road, Noordheuwel, Gauteng, South Africa, You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to us be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.
